We've had that since the new site went up. There's a big link on the
archive index page (http://www.kli.org/activities/email-discussion-group/)
that goes to the search page:

http://www.kli.org/sphider/index.php

The only thing the archive doesn't have is automatically adding new posts,
which I have do periodically, so we are a couple of months behind, but all
the emails you're talking are there (searching for Qov got me pages of
hits).

Until we get a new Mailing List Admin, this is the way it will be. There
just isn't enough time in the day for me to do all the things everyone
wants done (while also trying to find time to do my own Klingon and real
life stuff).
