Capt. Jean-Luc Picard, the captain of the USS Enterprise. He has the
works of Shakespeare in his ready room, so he's clearly familiar with
Klingon literature.

(But if, in theory, Capt. Picard were to be played by an actor in some
kind of alternate universe, that actor would also be familiar with the
works of Shakespeare.)
