Try using a verb. For example,
{jInajtaHvIS vay'mo vIleghbogh pay' jIvem}
The problem with making up ad hoc terms like *{ram HaSta} is that
someone has to read your mind to understand what you meant.
> {vemDI' HaDIbaH vIlegh} <<when i woke i saw my dog>>
Already commented on this, but {jIvemDI'...}.

The example of {vulqangan} suggests that when a place name ends in
{n}, it gets elided when attaching {ngan}. But it's safer to leave the
{n}.
We don't have a verb for "herd" but we do have {lIq}, {boS}, and
{yIr}, any of which could be used to describe that action.
> {yoy QongtaH 'ej Dogh mIllogh 'oH} <<it was sleeping upside down and it was
> a silly picture>>
{yoy} is not an adjective or adverb. It is a verb. It needs to be
related to the verb {Qong} somehow. For example, {QongtaHvIS yoy}.
I know what you mean by "a silly picture", but I'm not sure a Klingon
would think of a visual image not actually captured in some form as a
{mIllogh}. I would think of it as a {ghu'} instead.

Quotations are tricky in Klingon. According to your intended
translation, the {jay'} should be attached to the end of {qaStaH nuq}.
(Otherwise, what you wrote is "what is happening, it f**king
thought".)
> {QeHbej 'oH, 'ej mutlha'choH} <<undoubtebly it was pissed,and it started to
> chase me>>
> I didn't find a verb for "to be pissed" so i just chose angry.
That's the right choice for that kind of "pissed". (btw in some
English dialects, "pissed" means "drunk", so "angry" is a better
description in any case.)

I understood that.
The {meHDaq} needs to go in front of the verb and object, or needs
another verb after it.
> I also wondered whether if i could

Yes.
> {ngugh,ghab tun gho tut,HaDIbaH,vIchuH 'ej toD'egh} then i threw the sausage
> at the dog and i saved myself.
Note that Klingon has two words for "then": {ghIq} (subsequently) and
{ngugh} (at that time). Did you use the one you meant?
I think once you have established {ghab tun gho tut}, you can refer to
it later in that context as simply {tut} if it is unambiguous. But
that's a matter of style.
For {chuH} you need a target and a projectile. You have two nouns next
to each other without any indication of their role. Did you throw the
dog at the sausage? :-)
{toD'egh} is "it saved itself", etc. For "I saved myself", you need {jI-}.
