[Tlhingan-hol] New word from MO: {jIr} (excl) "Big deal!"

So, was it clear if the expression sometimes goes together with the gesture, or never?

It would actually be nice to have more gestures in Klingon.

words lists, because since Okrand mentioned NOT to add it, it's actually
not existant.
