[Tlhingan-hol] pride and values

It does appear to be an error, but I will instead interpret it as a noun-noun as in the first line.  
"The Klingon Empire's dignity and virtues are strengthened by this honor.  When Molor's dignity and virtues ruled, they had become weak."
