Yes, it's certainly possible that the English transcription is out of sync
due to viewer error.

Clearly, it means "to address someone with respect". :-)

Yes, it could've been {jISaH}. The Klingon's voice sounded tinny like it
was processed.

The whole second half is unclear.

I thought it was a huge stretch too. Maybe she did say {bang} and
accidentally insulted the Klingon!
