{qeq} can also be the noun "military drill", so the simpler sentence {Qatlh
qeqmey} conveys a very similar idea.

{DIb} has an unusual meaning of both "privilege" and "right". The Klingon
sentence might be understood as saying that Torg should feel lucky for his
opportunity, or that he is entitled to it. Or perhaps it means both at the
same time.
That's a good point. Oh Marc, would you have put so many jokes in the
language had you known we were going to try and use it?
