This is a quick and dirty rough draft that I did last night just for fun.
I haven't decided what to do with the names yet, so they're still in English.

I may or may not get to Chapter 2.

There are 14 Oz books in total.
At no point does the text actually specify which adult is Dorothy's
blood relative.
But since Okrand has already worked Henry and Em into the words for
"aunt" and "uncle"; the choice was easy.

"Oz"
Rumor has it that Baum had a filing cabinet labeled A-N O-Z; and chose
"Oz" from that.
I didn't want to transliterate it as {'otlh}, so I decided to try the
filing cabinet trick.
Lining up the 26 letters from each alphabet resulted in drawers a-o and p-'.
(Yes, I realize that one can't file anything under vowels in Klingon...)

I rejected all of the {p_'} words.
I then looked back at the top drawer, but {ao} isn't a valid word.
Shifting my cut off line gave me a-p; and so I went with *{'ap}.

[1] I'm wondering if I'm actually supposed to put "aunt" and "uncle"
after the names; like titles.
[2] Wasn't sure how to render "storm cellar", so I went with "hole"
for now; which is basically what it is.
[3] I don't think that {DIn} is the word I'm looking for, but {qa'rI'}
doesn't seem to fit either.
[4] I'm fairly certain that "tornado, twister, cyclone" has come up
this list before, but I couldn't find the conversation.
