Consider rearranging this so that <la' belqu'moH qech/wanI'> or <joH cho'rupchoHmo' puqbe' belqu'>. belqu'moHmo' indefinite subject, loQ jum, belqu'moHwI' wISovbejmo'.

It's the opposite way as I would write it when la' is a known quantity and avtanDIl is the new information. I don't think I have any canon to back me up, but I would use your sentence if we already knew his name and wanted to give his rank, and avtanDIl 'oH la' pong'e' for your thought.

That one caught me out two when I described three hearts beating in an embrace.  There's more, and more recent canon supporting one Klingon heart. The backfit is that some observers over generalized bIraqlul, and that the heart does have redundant chambers.
