It took real effort to figure out that you didn't mean "Thirteen years ago,
when I was born..." I think this would need to use a different idiom:
"after I had suffered thirteen years" or "when I was a thirteen year
youngster" or something.

{Saq} by itself having been defined or used as "landing".

reading with less of a delay, my earlier comments would likely have
influenced this already.)

Even without {'e'}, I think the prohibition against aspect suffixes on the
