No, the Eurotalk program gave the phrase as I gave it. The error was in my
translation. (I don't often overtly translate Klingon to English any more
so sometimes I find errors popping into my English translations.)

Not really. But I didn't think there was any real doubt? Doesn't it behave
like {nob}? We have a canon example from the Message to Kronos:

"[We] Terrans hope you will send Klingon warrior emissaries"
