[Tlhingan-hol] Conversational klingon and the use of {nuq}

I was just reading conversational klingon, and I noticed these
disturbing sentences :


<What is your number, Terran?> {nuq mI'lIj, tera'ngan.}
<What is this place?> {Daqvam nuq.}
<What is this?> {Dochvam nuq.}

Now, lets forget them for a while, and assume that you told me to
translate these sentences from english to klingon.

According to my understanding so far I would write :

nuq 'oH mI'lIj'e', tera'ngan (for "what is your number terran")
nuq 'oH Daqvam'e' (for "what is this place")
nuq 'oH Dochvam'e' (for "what is this")

Now, my concern is not so much the placement of {nuq} ; I understand
that both "X is your number" and "your number is X", are essentially
the same. So, if {nuq} occupies the place of the desired answer, then
indeed it can go anywhere..

But I am concerned as far as the absence of the {'oH}, in CK's
examples is concerned.

Are CK's examples clipped klingon or something ?
