Such systems never work well in my experience. They tend to either focus on
one side over the other. The KAG website has the ability for people to
reply to forum posts via email but, depending on how they edit the email
before replying, the system can get confused and will often fail to include
bits or will include things it's not supposed to.

If anyone has suggestions for mailing list software with a decent webUI do
let me know.
