(I'm starting a new thread title because the "digest" mail I got is, as usual, garbled and I don't really know who started that line. Nor can I see the archive to double-check).

SoQwIj vIngajmoH: I prefer forums, I dislike social media (too ephemeral), and the mailing list has too many (technical) shortcomings (by virtue of being email).
