[Tlhingan-hol] Klingon mechanic

Imagine a Klingon mechanic. He’s been working on an old, beat-up Model T Ford that he managed to get from a Ferrengi junk pile. He’s dug deep into the historical documents to get blueprints and learn the fundamentals of the ancient Terran internal combustion engine. He’s manufactured the parts that have been lost to time and corrosion. He’s managed to get this exotic fuel known as gasoline, and the petroleum to lubricate everything.

He gives the hand-crank a turn, and there’s an explosion through the exhaust pipe and a sputter, and to his complete surprise, it starts. He steps on the throttle a couple times racing the engine and exclaims: “The bastard works!"
