To me, the first implies that there it is your butt and it has an inside.
The second implies that there is one butt, or many, possibly communal,
butts, but one of the insides is yours.

records.  (They were the records on your computer)
De'wI' tameylIj naw' Sa'. = The general accessed your computer records.
(They were the records about you, on some military computer or maybe many
computers).
may' Qu'lIj yIta'.  = Play your role in the battle.

Only a type-5 suffix moves to the second noun--and only if the two nouns are
in a noun-noun pair.  All other suffixes go on the noun they actually refer
to.
