It is the largest single group of Klingon speakers that also has an easy
way to organize information in it. The majority of advanced Klingon
speakers that are on this list are already in that group. Only a tiny
handful chose not to participate, and many of them have already had their
own chance to ask for a word. :p

You're always welcome to come join us. Just sign up as DloraH, friend no
one, and only join the group. Give Facebook fake information, lots of
people do it. :D
