[Tlhingan-hol] Comics in Klingon

Recently gifted a Star Trek comic (set in the J.J. 'verse, alas) in 
which the entire text is written in tlhIngan Hol.  Further, the Latin 
alphabet isn't used; Okudagrams are.

So far I've only translated the series title: {SachmoH San}, "Fate 
Expands(?)"  This should prove an interesting exercise....

Does anyone know who worked on this book?  And for that matter the rest 
of the four-issue series?  They deserve credit for hard work.
