"Desiderata" is also what I first thought, though it has connotations
in English of being kind of a fancy word, which may or may not be
appropriate for {chabal}. Maybe {qep'a' chabal tetlh} would best be
translated as something like "qep'a' wish list". Or maybe Maltz has
something in mind.
