I find it difficult to believe that with all the computer geeks in this group, nobody can read the original files. I would find it easier to believe that a certain person may have lost them.
I have all of the HolQeD volumes, and if I could get Lawrence’s permission, I could scan them and provide them as .pdf files. It would take a while, and if someone else also has all the volumes and would be happier with the project, they are welcome to it. If I am to be a hero for this project, know that the role would be that of a reluctant hero, not a possessive, egocentric, glory-seeking fanatic.
If such a possessive, egocentric, glory-seeking fanatic is out there, here’s your opportunity. Knock yourself out.
If Lawrence still reads this list, hey, Lawrence, is it okay for me to do this with copyright and all?
If he doesn’t still read it, could someone who does get in touch with him and ask him?

The only experience i had of HolQeD was through the "grammarian's desk", which i liked so much that it made me sad to think that there were whole issues of HolQeD i could not acquire. Let alone the fact that i searched for months until i finally found it.

One of the big ones is that the original files for the older HolQeDmey are either unavailable or in a format that can no longer be read by modern programs. There are a couple of the final issues of HolQeD on the KLI website for Members to download.

Each should focus on grammar having as many exercises as possible, for the student to practice his individual skills depending on his level. And each of these books should be as many pages as possible,so as to keep the reader interested and gradually working his way to higher levels
