[Tlhingan-hol] Things missing

I would like to see HolQeD raised from the dead, myself. The books you
suggest for levels are probably better accomplished via courses on the
internet these days, and Qov put together a beginner one that's quite good
for the KLI site. The literature books that have thus far been translated
are also very good for the long-term continued study. I'd recommend
starting with either the Tao Te Ching or Gilgamesh. They are made up of
shorter pieces. Then move on to the more complex works: Dickens,
Shakespeare, Original Works.
As for the idea of an academy, I can't see that happening so long as Marc
O. is alive and active in the language's continuing development. We all
defer to him for words and their meanings. It is, after all, his creative
work, and we tend to respect that.
