[Tlhingan-hol] Klingon Language

The word “convert” in the proposal made me guess that that was their idea.  I said more or less the same thing as qurgh, before I saw qurgh’s reply, and suggested that a fill in the blanks drop down could cover eighty percent of what people want to say on social media.

This person contacted me on Facebook too. They wanted to implement a database substitution program to convert English to tlhIngan Hol. I told them that would only generate nonsense and that Mr. Klingon had already done that. They responded that they would probably drop the idea then.

I am at an internet startup weekend an we have the crazy idea to make an app to convert social media posts into Klingon.

Is this something the KLI would be interested in being part of?

Do you do anything similar yourselves or is there room for this new app?
