[Tlhingan-hol] Klingon Language

This person contacted me on Facebook too. They wanted to implement a
database substitution program to convert English to tlhIngan Hol. I told
them that would only generate nonsense and that Mr. Klingon had already
done that. They responded that they would probably drop the idea then.
