[Tlhingan-hol] qaghwI' between consonants

1. The qaghwI’ can come between consonants in a regular word if it is in a permitted consonant cluster at the end of one syllable, followed by another syllable. The only permitted ones are w’ and y’. So the words {law’be’} (“be not numerous”) and {may’mey} (“battles”} are perfectly legitimate.
2. The qaghwI’ is used in the archaic but canon word paq’batlh, the title of an epic.
3. Names can take any form the user wants them to, including letters and letter combinations that aren’t in tlhIngan Hol.
