It's definitely possible, especially if you're willing to use a word with a suffix. Any noun or verb ending in -y' or -w', with a suffix that begins with a consonant (and most of them do), will end up with a glottal stop between two consonants.
For example:
{'oy'} — pain
{-mo'} — because of
=> {'oy'mo'} — "because of the pain"
