[Tlhingan-hol] Captain Qov versus Qov's captain

To return to the apparent ambiguity between {Qov HoD} meaning:-
(1) Qov's captain, if he is lower in rank than a captain.
(2) Captain Qov, if he is a captain
Can {Qov HoD} also mean "the captain of the ship that Qov is riding on"?, if Qov is higher rank than a captain (e.g. Qov is an admiral or a king).
{Qov 'oHbogh HoD} would mean "the captain, who is Qov", and would mean specifically (2).
Presumably rank names are in a special class and can be used in apposition as in {Qov HoD}.
In the Turkic languages, as in Klingon, "my", "you", etc are suffixes added to a noun, e.g. Turkish
[camı] = "mosque", [camısı] = "his mosque". And in Turkish, [Mehmet camısı] = "Mehmet his mosque" = "Mehmet's mosque".
(Compare former literary British English spellings such as "St.James his park" for "St.James's park".)
Thus {Qov HoDDaj} = "Qov, his captain" may specifically mean "Qov's captain", but would be non-Okrandian.
