The order of words in a Klingon sentence is very important. Most of the time the function of a word is made clear by its position in the sentence. The flip side of this is that a mis-positioned word may render the sentence unintelligible. 

You’re right that nuH pegh might mean “the secret of the weapon”  “the weapon’s secret” or “the secret weapon.”  I guess when you’re thinking in Klingon, there isn’t as big a difference between a weapon that has a secret and a weapon that is secret as there might be in English.  I imagine it’s akin to the way people who grew up with Imperial measurements don’t feel that mass and weight are substantially different, or the way people who speak English use the same term love to profess extreme fondness of relatives, food, romantic partners and sports teams. If it’s really important to make it clear, you can explain.

i just read in hol.kag.org that "Those notions expressed as adjectives in English (such as big, tired) are expressed by verbs in Klingon (be big, be tired)"

but what am i to do,when the klingon verb is a noun too ?

suppose i want to write "secret weapon". if i say "nuH pegh" can't this be mistaken for "secret of the weapon" or "weapon's secret" ?
