It is not in ta' Hol (the language described in the TKD).

In fact, if the translation given in the episode (as shown in the clip) is accurate, then it seems the language used is so different it is unlikely to be another dialect or no' Hol. However, surely across the Klingon Empire there are many languages and the song may have been in one of those languages, but such a popular song that many Klingons learn it even though it is in a language less familiar to them. Something like how so many Americans know the Frech words to Frere Jaque or Alouette.

However, following are the common transcriptions for that song. First in some sort of phonetic transcription:

There was an episode of TNG that featured the Victory Song, and I cant seem to find a proper transcription of the lyrics so that I can try to translate/understand them. (I know there are often discrepancies between on-screen pronunciation and what is considered "standard".)
Can anyone help me out, or point me in the right direction to find this info?
