[Tlhingan-hol] victory song?

There was an episode of TNG that featured the Victory Song, and I cant seem
to find a proper transcription of the lyrics so that I can try to
translate/understand them. (I know there are often discrepancies between
on-screen pronunciation and what is considered "standard".)
Can anyone help me out, or point me in the right direction to find this
info?
