[Tlhingan-hol] Multiple Adverbials (was Re: Piraha)

this may be like an tiny/insignificant volkswagen beetle,trying to take
part at a ferrari/lamborghini exhibition, but still I would like to ask why
we said
{vagh rep ret} instead of {vagh repmey ret}..
