While not looking at your screen, I'm assuming you were telling the system what languages you would /prefer/ to run your programs in.
If the first language isn't available, it goes down the list until it finds a match.
Last I checked, there is only one program out there that actually has Klingon as an option.
Unless you happen to run that program, there will be no difference to your system.
