[Tlhingan-hol] OS X 10.10 language support for Klingon

Today, I helped someone install support for Polish and Russian on their Mac, and while looking through the potential languages, I happened to see the Klingon is included.

It gave a warning that it doesn't have FULL support, and that many applications may not support it. I also noticed that there is no keyboard support for it. 

So, with no keyboard support, what can I do with it, besides change my primary language to Klingon, potentially hosing my computer beyond my capacity to recover?

Surely, someone here was involved talking to Apple about this...
