[Tlhingan-hol] Another Klingon sighting

That looks like the decal/transfer that comes with some of the AMT TNG
Klingon ship models. I know there's at least 4 different ones I've seen
over the years, but I'd have to check the ones I have to be sure.

It could also be a custom decal, like the ones on top of my mining rifle:
