you're right.. I just saw it. the {qoj} is wrong and placed wrongly too.
I should have written :

be' 'uSghebmey latlh Ha'DIbaHmey joq DImaS.

this was a mistake due to writing in a hurry..

..actually the choice of {be' 'uSgheb} <female rooster> is due to the
way we refer to chickens in greek. The word we have here for chicken
is always taken to mean female chickens. Although it can refer to male
ones too. So, translating the greek word to english, and then to
klingon I searched for a way to specify that the chickens I would
refer to, would be the female ones..

however we eat roosters too..
