That's a fair point. I would have hoped that he'd have gone back and
revised the parts he'd already written, but as we know, TKD is rather
imperfect and contains errors.

As published, though, what TKD says about aspect is that when aspect
markers are present, it usually means that the action isn't one of the
things indicated by an aspect marker, and I see no reason to doubt
this.
