Ordinary quotation marks are not compatible with the Klingon language because words begin and end with the letter qaghwI’, creating an unreadable mess.

To show quotation, why not use ordinary quotes "  " ? Some HTML-based email readers sometimes act odd with the less-than and greater-than symbols used as brackets.

To edit a text and get rid of the hidden font and type-size formatting information in it, edit it with Windows Notepad.
