Using ghIb in that way makes it very clear. ghIbbe’chugh vaj *rape* ‘oH.

It’s much better than the term pe’vIl ngagh which not only does not distinguish between consensual _forceful_ mating and mating with someone who does not consent, _by force_, but also does not address mating with someone unable to offer consent or resistance. 

The verb wem may also be useful for this purpose.

One wonders if rape is even possible among Klingons, given differences in culture and biology. The women are especially fierce: Klingon males suffer serious injury in romantic encounters. Also, the human male's motivation for rape (the cowardly exercise of power over the helpless) is not likely to be shared by the Klingon male. While some Klingons lack honor, committing rape seems particularly dishonorable. Of course, that is a human perspective.
