You have to call the hotel in normal east coast business hours to get the
KLI rate because group bookings are done through the manager.

The KLI's website resurrection is not yet complete, and so the latest news
about this year's conference (qep'a' cha'maH wa'DIch) may be hard to find.
As such, I'm bringing it to you here and now. Please feel free to share:
For 2014, we are once again returning to Essington, PA (a short,
complimentary shuttle trip south of the Philadelphia International
Airport)the qep'a' will run from the morning Thursday, July 24th to the
evening of Saturday, July 26th, our standard "three full days," though
typically people will start arriving on Wednesday afternoon/evening and
linger for breakfast and goodbyes on the morning of Sunday, July 27th.
Registration for the qep'a' is again $30. As always, the likelihood of
having an official qep'a' t-shirt hinges on how many people have sent in
their registration monies before July 1st. Send your check to:

And while you're thinking of it, go ahead and book your hotel room. Our room
block closes on June 23rd (i.e., three weeks from today). Our room rate is
$89/night (plus taxes). If you delay past the room block deadline, you risk

and be sure to mention you are with the Klingon Language Institute.
