Hi everyone,
I received a couple of emails giving me suggestions. I must have listened to
that sentence at least 50 times by now.
This is what I have ended up with:
"But we can carry a knife, a sword, a bat'leth, a mevak, a taj t'k, a
kut'luch, a gt'set, a ni'itzu."
Thanks to those that helped.
It would be great if you guys could work together and create Klingon
subtitles for the episode.
You can download the English subtitles, here:

But we're Klingon language specialists, not Klingon weapons specialists. :-)

This isn't really a Klingon language question though. None of those words
are in the transcription system devised by Marc Okrand, where they would be
{betleH}, {ma'veq}, {meqleH}, {Daqtagh}, {ghonDoq}, {tajtIq}, {qutluch} (and
I'm not sure what the other two are). But they don't need to be, since the
subtitles aren't for linguists but a general audience, where ad hoc
spellings of Klingon words is de rigueur. Writing {betleH} instead of
"bat'leth" would actually be confusing to most people who are not
Klingonists.
Version 2 seems like it's the list she actually said. She did not say "d'k
tahg"/{Daqtagh}, and she said something like "gt'set" (it sounded like
"chitsit" to me) before "ni'itzu" (sounded like "neet-zoo"). But I don't
know what these are supposed to be, as they don't sound like the names of
any Klingon weapons I know. Anyone? Maybe these are from FASA or extended
canon?

episode.
I think rather that what you put in the subtitles will become the definitive
answer.
I can't speak for the rest of this mailing list, but I'd be much more
interested in Klingon subtitles for the entire episode. I actually posted
about that earlier to this mailing list:
