This might be a good place to apply my favorite oblique strategy: ghu'
yIyoymoH. Instead of saying that it happens everywhere else, say that
only here does it not happen.

naDev neH peDbe'.

I'm a little worried that some might not like {neH} applied to a
locative, but it's doing its job to modify a noun and I think it works
fine.
