{joqtaHbogh molor tIqDu'} "Molor's still-beating hearts" (PB)

Another example from paq'batlh:

  Hay'chu' luneHqu'
  vaj pe'vIl joqqu'
  cha' tlhIngan tIqDu'

  Both Klingon hearts beat,
  At their strongest,
  In lust for blood. (paq'raD, Canto 23, p. 167)

N.B. {pe'vIl} used twice with {joq} and in all three examples: {tIqDu'} - Klingons have two hearts!

"Only you cause my heart to beat"

Why not translate it literally if we can:

  SoHvaD neH joq(taH) tIqwIj
my heart beats only for you
