[Tlhingan-hol] Do you, personally, accept non-Okrandian Klingon?

I, personally, do accept (and sometimes but seldom) use Klingonized names
for people and places, though I chose not to choose a Klingon name for
myself. When I write in Klingon (as on my blog) I sometimes change names of
people and sometimes leave them as they are; it depends. I also sometimes
used to combine words as compounds (I used {mI'QeD} for mathematics, I
think), but I wouldn't completely invent a new word out of thin air.
On my translations on Tatoeba I stick with the canon words and personally
don't even use transcribed names, there, while some others do (which is
fine).
