"International Space Station" vImughmeH jIH, chaq {wo' law' tengchaH} vIlo'. chaq lI' je {tera' tengchaH'a'}. chaq latlh DuH lI' Da'oghlaH je SoH. vuD vI'agh: Even if one know a suitable word for a concept *does* exist in Klingon, but you just can't remember it (the canon sources are getting very numerous, after all, and only a few have familiarity with them all), developing the ability to talk around it is one of the keys to becoming a skilled speaker. One doesn't need to know "the Klingon word for 'international'" to be able to talk about an international treaty or the International Space Station or international boundaries. If you're set on translating "International Space Station" literally on the grounds that it's a proper name, probably best not to translate it at all. Or do a parenthetical free translation afterwards, as newspapers often do: e.g. "International Space Station (DIvI' Hol, {wo' law' tengchaH})".
