The Memory Alpha site lists the word Jak'tahla in its database, thus:-

Jak'tahla is a Klingon word that roughly translates into the Klingon version of puberty that affects Klingons during their teenage years. It is characterized by accelerated hair growth, mood swings, increased aggressive tendencies, the appearance of gorches on the Klingon's face, among other things.
Jean-Luc Picard quipped that the translation of puberty "hardly does it justice". (Star Trek: Insurrection)
In 2375, the metaphasic radiation from the Ba'ku planet's ring's caused Lieutenant Commander Worf to re-enter jak'tahla. (Star Trek: Insurrection)
Please don't force me to relive memories of watching Star Trek: Insurrection again.

>Marc told a story in which he was alerted that a producer [may not have been

>Worf calling a pimple a "gortch" by saying that Klingons are so embarrassed
>by such things that  they name them in an alien language, to distance
>themselves. Likewise Klingons appear to prefer naming children in other
>languages, which is why character names are not consistent with ta' Hol.
