[Tlhingan-hol] Mangling Klingon to make it sortable

Assuming "'" comes before "a" in your character set...

Change "gh" to "g"
Change "ch" to "c"
Change "'" to "z"
Change "ng" to "nz"
Change "tlh" to "tz"
Change "Q" to "qz"

Now sort, then undo those conversions.
