Clearly they are improving it by increments.  If they add the <'> on the end, that page will actually be correct.

Of course, they actually used <n> and <gh> instead of <ng>.  And they also appear to have the <q> and <Q> reversed (yesterday they were using the <Q> for the "k" in "make").  So the pIqaD actually reads:

ylqoj yIbanghqo'

A couple small pIqaD corrections and switching <bang> out and <muSHa'> in and they'll be on their way.
