[Tlhingan-hol] the KLI website

Could we set up a new mailing list, like a Google Group? Put that on the
"under construction" front page and set up an autoreply from a
kli.orgemail address that emails anyone who posts to the old list,
informing them
of the new (just in case they miss the transition emails). Looks like
Google lets one "migrate" whole mailing lists over with a tool they have:
