[Tlhingan-hol] Crane / Claw

There's a {tepqengwI'} "cargo lift" (i.e. a type of crane not an elevator) shown on the {tep choQ} (cargo deck) of the Bird of Prey Poster.  IIRC it looks like the folded extension arm of a back hoe and appears to be the functional equivalent of a forklift for moving cargo around.
