I was watching NCIS today, a rerun from 2006; but this is the first time I have 
seen this episode.  I do not recall this being discussed here.  I did find the 
relevant clip on youtube.
But why do I bring up this episode?  Someone is supposedly speaking Klingon.
Pronunciation is bad.  Grammar is bad.
Others here have better ears than I do for pulling apart audio Klingon.  Only 
the first 22 seconds are relevant.
