[Tlhingan-hol] "Be excellent to each other"

As others have pointed out, it's really idiomatic as stated, and there is no equivalent idiom in Klingon. You can point toward the meaning with something like {peSaHchuqchu'} or {peQorghchuqchu'}. It's a stretch that only works if you consider "be excellent to" to be roughly equivalent to "care for" or "care about".

It's all a little touchy-feely for the language, but I'm not sure the language lacks scope to touch on this meaning.
